Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and VCity77 ("VCity77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at vcity77.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered thereon.

VCity77 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for the Malaysian market. Our platform supports Ringgit (MYR) transactions, integrates natively with local payment systems including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, and provides customer support in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese.

By accessing, registering on, or using VCity77 in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The VCity77 website at vcity77.cam and all its pages, features, games, and associated services.
• "Account" — A registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Player Wallet" — The digital balance held by VCity77 on behalf of the registered player for use on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward granted by VCity77 to a player, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to process withdrawals and confirm account legitimacy.
• "FPX" — Financial Process Exchange, the Malaysian interbank payment gateway operated under Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia, used for all monetary transactions on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary restriction a player may place on their own account to prevent access to the Platform for a defined period.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on VCity77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming or gambling activities.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or family member of a household containing an employee of VCity77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Furnishing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You accept full responsibility for verifying whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering.

Account Registration & Security

Each eligible person is permitted to holdone (1) account only on VCity77. The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. VCity77 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and KYC document matching to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, VCity77 will close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or pending bonuses without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. VCity77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure.

You must notify VCity77 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

• Account sharing with any third party — including family members — is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
• VCity77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether or not authorised by them.

Deposits & Payments

VCity77 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Instant bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks.
• DuitNow — Real-time interbank fund transfer using registered DuitNow IDs.
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Instant e-wallet top-up via the TNG mobile app.
• Boost eWallet — Instant e-wallet deposit via the Boost mobile app.
• GrabPay — Instant deposit via the Grab application's GrabPay wallet feature.
• USDT TRC20 — Cryptocurrency deposits accepted on the TRON network. Processing time is subject to blockchain confirmation (typically 15–30 minutes). MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
• 7-Eleven CLiQ — Cash-based deposits via CLiQQ kiosks at participating7-Eleven outlets nationwide. Credits applied within 10–15 minutes of cash payment.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. VCity77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond VCity77's control.

Funds deposited into your Player Wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not attract interest. VCity77 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by VCity77 subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed satisfactory KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will be disbursed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal to a different payment method requires written justification and VCity77 approval.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to minimum network amounts.
• Winings arising from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• VCity77 targets withdrawal processing within 5–10 minutes for e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow channels under normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• VCity77 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraud, abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may be required to provide a "source of funds" declaration for large withdrawals at VCity77's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

VCity77 offers various promotional incentives to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled entirely before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in each specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses awarded under the VCity77 loyalty programme (including birthday bonuses and VIP cashback) are subject to the tier qualification criteria applicable at the time of award.
• VCity77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Suspected abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Where a promotional bonus was applied in error, VCity77 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly applied bonus value from a player's account.

The Birthday Bonus is awarded based on the VIP tier held by the player at the time of their registered birthday month. Tier-based amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (Diamond and Royal Black Diamond). Players must log in and claim the bonus during their birthday calendar month for the bonus to be activated.

The Referal Bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is paid after the referred friend completes registration, satisfies identity verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least MYR 50. There is no cap on the number of referals a player may make, subject to VCity77's abuse-prevention review.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games on VCity77 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair, unpredictable, and unmanipulated outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software glitches, display errors, or technical malfunctions for monetary gain. Any winings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or multiplayer games.
• Placing bets on all possible outcomes of a single event (known as arbitrage) using VCity77 promotional funds.
• Engaging in any activity that VCity77 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering, fraud, or criminal conduct.

In the event of a genuine technical malfunction or platform error that results in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, VCity77 reserves the right to reverse that transaction regardless of whether the player has already transferred or wagered those funds.

Sports Betting Rules

VCity77 offers sports betting markets on a wide range of events including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL) football, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA competitions, UFC/MMA, basketball, tennis, and e-sports. The following rules apply to all sports wagering activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. VCity77 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets unless an error in the displayed odds is demonstrably attributable to VCity77's system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• VCity77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a manifest pricing error ("palpable error" rule).
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion of the minimum required play time specified in the applicable market rules, bets may be settled as void and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply. These limits are published in the Sports section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.
• Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected markets. VCity77 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.

Responsible Gambling

VCity77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. By agreing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for managing your gambling behaviour.

VCity77 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
• Cool-Down Period — A temporary24-hour or 7-day account pause without permanent exclusion.

Account Suspension & Termination

VCity77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider in bad faith.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at VCity77 staff or other players.
• Operation of more than one account.
• Providing materially false personal information during registration or KYC.

A player wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting VCity77 support team. Any outstanding real-money balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VCity77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

VCity77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of the player's net deposits over the thirty (30) days preceding the claim event.

VCity77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to take the Platform offline for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency intervention without liability to players for any inconvenience or loss of gaming time caused thereby.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." VCity77 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the VCity77 Platform — including but not limited to the VCity77 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of VCity77 or its licensed suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without VCity77's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of VCity77's intellectual property — including scraping, systematic data extraction, framing, or mirroring of the Platform — is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Amendments to These Terms

VCity77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
